International orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation within one business day, please check your spam folder.

Follicle Activator

120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Use Follicle Activator daily for four months and take monthly photos of your hair. If the photos do not show any visible increase in hair density, you are eligible for a refund. We will refund the cost of the products for the four-month usage period. Please note that shipping fees are not included in the refund. If you received a free international shipping, a €12 fee will be deducted for shipping costs. Send your claim with photos to support@zaint.com. Please submit your claim promptly after finishing the serum, and no later than six months after receiving your order.

Body trimmer

One-Year Product Warranty

The trimmer comes with a one-year warranty. If it breaks, we will send you a replacement unit. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents or misuse.

The warranty does not cover the shaving head/blade. It is normal for the blade to become dull after more than four months of use. We recommend ordering extra shaving heads with your trimmer. If the blade becomes dull in less than three months, send us a photo and we’ll send you a new one free of charge. Please note that ceramic blades can break easily if dropped.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If the trimmer causes cuts when used with the GroinGuard, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You are eligible for a refund. The satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and returns must be reported in writing to support@zaint.com. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please let us know if you’d like to return your order, and our customer service team will provide you with a return label and instructions.

For hygiene reasons, the return policy applies only to saleable and unopened product packages.

Pack the returned product carefully to prevent damage during transit. We will inspect the returned products upon arrival at our warehouse. We will refund the payment for the returned products in an approved condition within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the order. This includes:

  • Return shipment costs (even if the original shipment was free to the customer)
  • Processing the return (which covers inspection, handling, and re-shelving of the product)
  • Processing the refund back to the customer

For returns within Europe, the standard cost is €15 + VAT. For returns from other continents, the standard cost is €32.

Please note that not picking up a package is not the same as canceling or returning an order. Additional fees may apply for unclaimed or refused packages, including, for example, any storage or return processing fees charged by the courier. The standard fee for unclaimed packages is €20 + VAT within Europe and €40 for other continents. Please notify us if you are unable to collect your package or if you are canceling your order; otherwise, a refund may not be guaranteed.

Deductions from Refunds: Any applicable fees, including return shipping and handling costs, will be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.

If the product is returned more than 14 days after receiving the shipment or the product is no longer in saleable condition because the sales package has been opened or the product has been used, the product will be returned to the customer. The customer will be charged for the shipping and handling fees incurred due to the non-compliant return. By returning products, you agree to these return terms.

Liability Disclaimer

Online Revenue Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect costs, damages, or losses that may be caused by its products. When using the body trimmer, exercise particular caution and follow the instructions carefully when trimming hair in the intimate area.

Customer Information

All customer information is treated confidentially and stored securely. We use customer data primarily for communication purposes. Customer information is not sold to other companies. By placing an order, you agree to receive occasional promotional offers and updates on our products and subscriber benefits. If you don’t want to receive these communications, please let us know at support@zaint.com.

Contract Transfer

Online Revenue Oy has the right to transfer this agreement, either in part or in full, to a third party. The customer does not have a corresponding right.

Contract Validity and Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely. Online Revenue Oy reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. Customers are expected to accept any changes to the terms and conditions made during the customer relationship.

Payment Service Providers

Some payment processing and services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of a complaint, please contact the product supplier first.
